A simpler approach to primary care
Membership-based care designed to give you more time, direct access, and a more personal relationship with your physician.
How it works
Unity Primary Care operates on a monthly membership model rather than billing insurance for each visit.
This approach allows for a more direct, relationship-centered experience, with fewer barriers and more flexibility in how care is delivered.
Instead of brief, problem-focused visits, care is designed to be more comprehensive, with time to address concerns thoughtfully and in context.
What’s included
Membership includes:
Office visits and follow-ups
Preventive care
Chronic disease management
Telehealth visits
Direct messaging during business hours
Care coordination when needed
At least one in-person visit per year is recommended, with many follow-ups handled through telehealth or brief check-ins via messaging when appropriate.
What’s not included
Some services are outside the scope of membership and are handled separately or may have additional costs:
Lab work and imaging
Specialist care
Hospital or emergency services
Medications
These are typically accessed through insurance or transparent cash pricing, depending on individual preference.
Membership pricing
Membership at Unity Primary Care is designed to be simple and transparent.
Pricing is expected to fall within the typical range for Direct Primary Care, generally between $100–200 per month, depending on the level of care and services selected.
Final pricing and structure will be announced closer to opening, with a limited number of founding memberships available at a reduced rate for early patients.
Who membership may be a good fit for
Membership may be a good fit for those who:
Want more time and continuity with their physician
Prefer direct access instead of navigating traditional systems
Have high-deductible or no insurance
Are looking for a more personalized approach to care
Additional access to care
While Unity Primary Care is built around a membership model, limited services are available outside of membership for specific needs.
This includes focused sexual health services, such as STI testing and PrEP consultations, as well as one-time visits for those interested in experiencing a more personalized approach to care.
For most patients, ongoing care is best supported through membership.
